If you have placed an order and need to change your delivery information, please contact us at hello@tinyforestfolk.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist you.
If we have already processed your order when we receive your email, please note that additional shipment charges will be incurred to retrieve and book a re-delivery of your parcel.
We apologise for any issues caused. Please contact us at hello@tinyforestfolk.com with your order number as well as a photo or video of the item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
