What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

I’d like to make a bulk purchase order.

Organisations / individuals looking to make a bulk order purchase (20 pcs and above) can reach out to hello@tinyforestfolk.com to discuss bulk order rates.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

If you have placed an order and need to change your delivery information, please contact us at hello@tinyforestfolk.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist you.

If we have already processed your order when we receive your email, please note that additional shipment charges will be incurred to retrieve and book a re-delivery of your parcel.

 

I have an issue with my order.

We apologise for any issues caused. Please contact us at hello@tinyforestfolk.com with your order number + a photo or video of the item (if applicable). This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
